replaces an aging and mostly vacant two-story office building with 16 new three story townhomes, including 1 affordable unit for very low income families.  Units range in size from approximately 1,800 SF to 2,100 SF with rooftop decks, two car garages, and flexible floorplans.  The property located at 2755 Jefferson St is just a short walk to public transportation, shopping, dining and the vibrant amenities of Carlsbad Village.  The project is compliant with the City of Carlsbad General Plan and the Village and Barrio Master Plan, both of which designate this site for new housing.
